I heard from Ruth Stanier from DCLG at a conference last week that it is not off the agenda but is not imminent. It will be into next year now before anything comes forward on this and the social housing element of the consultation.	Gilian Macinnes Principal Consultant PAS 22 Oct 2012 15:21
