Thanks Tony

Is anybody else surprised that they contain no reference, as far as I can tell, to the 'meaningful proportion'?

I heard from Ruth Stanier from DCLG at a conference last week that it is not off the agenda but is not imminent. It will be into next year now before anything comes forward on this and the social housing element of the consultation.

The Parliament website suggests that the Amendment is about to be approved with immediate effect. Does anyone have a specific date?
